I am also trained to run therapeutic Gestalt groups.
These group are intended for those wishing to explore their issues in a group context. The group can be a holding environment for exploring difficult feelings, relationship patterns, and receiving feedback from others.
These are 10 week groups, of 2 hour weekly sessions, with between 6-12 members. The fee is £200 for all 10 weeks. A refund is possible if after the first session you decide it’s not for you.
They are held Practice Rooms in Stokes Croft, Bristol. It is important to arrive on time, and to commit to all ten weeks if possible, especially the first week.
